They charged more than the price mentioned on booking.com, the room was nothing like what they showed in the picture, and no balcony, despite it being mentioned as available on booking.

The biggest downside was the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom. We found hair on the floor and in the shower, and the sink was dirty. It definitely detracted from the comfort of our stay. Unfortunately, we experienced issues with accessing hot water, which was particularly inconvenient after a long flight. No towels and bath amenities We had concerns about whether the bedding had been changed before our arrival

Not excellent, not terrible. The price is about right for this hotel, with it's ups and downs.

Spacious and quiet room, cleaned up every day, great and inviting lobby, good back garder with a pool. The staff where mostly helpful, so much so that they called me at check-in time to sort out the paperwork (I was waiting on the lobby since my flight was earlier on the day and I was a bit tired). Good enough breakfast but with not much variety.

The rooms where kept clean. So clean, in fact, that two out of the 4 days I was in this hotel, the house staff took the towels and never bothered to replace them. The last time, I had to go down to the reception and ask for towels... three times. In the end I just gave up and used my beach towel to dry up (some say I'm still waiting for the towels in the room to this day :D ). Breakfast could be more varied and with more local food, and some sort of system should be implemented to stop the "riots" and the buffet - I don't know if it's a cultural thing or not, but people where just jammed up to the tables to pick each and every thing in the buffet. The pool also needs a thorough clean as we couldn't see to the bottom. In my room, the water tank on the toilet would run 24/7, but that's just a minor inconvenience as just shutting the bathroom door would solve the noise issue. The distance to the main attraction of the city, the beach, is quite far. Walkable, but it's a 30min walk for anyone looking to stay here. But, the Souk el Had, one of the biggest tourist spots in this city is literally 100m away.

Cheap and affordable

Simple breakfast, cant complain. Opposite a taxi station so constant traffic and noise. No toilet rolls and old towels :-(

Reception very friendly and helpful

Breakfast waiter was more interested in selling trips that serving food. Bread was a week old and jam ran out after 3 days and was not replaced. Waiter refused to serve tea in pots although he had plenty. Coffee from an automatic machine was atrocious

Staff at the reception were great and helpful. The hotel was at walking distance to a famous market and also the location was near shops and the taxis.

This hotel is the worst con and deception that i have across on Hotel.com site as the photos on the site are nothing like what it currently looks like. The hotel bathtub was dirty, delapitated, stained and the worst I have seen in a hotel to the extent we had to wear sandals to stand in it as while having a shower. It was one of those you would see in disused or abandoned houses. The beddings did not have any covers on them and were stained and dirty. We noticed there were stray but friendly cats and dogs in Agadir which my girls found unusual and were initially apprehensive walking near them but soon got used to it as the animals were harmless. We had paid for half board both breakfast and dinner. When we went for breakfast the first morning there was very little laid out on the table apart from some cold boiled egg and bits of salad and cheese. We tried to eat them but they were tastless and bland. The breakfast area was desert apart from me and my 2 girls and another elderly gentle man sat nearby. As we walked into the breakfast area we saw a stray cat vomit by the entry hallway which we called one of the cleaning ladies to wipe. To our shock as we sat at the breakfast table we observed another stray cat jump onto where the breakfast was laid out and start to eat whatever it could. The elderly gentleman rushed to chase it away. After this we never went back for breakfast again but we decided to try out dinner the following day. Unfortunately the dinner was not appetising and had limited choice which we tried to make best of but never returned again. The swimming pool was so dirty that it had algea growing on the sides and you could not see the bottom of the pool. We never saw anyone using it at any point during our stay.
